In 1994, Mr. DeRosa focused his considerable experience and expertise to the formation of J. Peat & Associates, which serves clients across the U.S. and abroad. The firm offers comprehensive solutions in HR consulting and payroll, insurance design, and pre-tax and multi-benefit administration, including medical, life, disability and retirement programs, payroll administration and employer tax-advantaged reimbursement programs. Mr. DeRosa holds a master of business administration with concentrations in finance and marketing, and a bachelor's degree in business economics.
