Throughout her career, she has worked across a wide range of industries including title and real estate, email marketing, retail, and nonprofit organizations, bringing a well-rounded perspective to every client relationship.

Known for rolling up her sleeves and getting into the details, Debra has built her career around providing meaningful financial insights that help drive executive strategy, improve operations, and support sustainable growth. Her passion for finance and entrepreneurial spirit led her to launch DLM Bookkeeping Solutions in October 2017, where she partners closely with business owners to provide customized bookkeeping, reporting, and financial management solutions tailored to their unique needs.

Living in a beautiful community just outside New York City, she enjoys balancing her professional dedication with cheering on her kids at sporting events, helping with homework, and staying actively involved in their lives.
