Michael Hartzman

Michael Hartzman is a Certified Financial Planner® and President of Lebenthal Financial Services, Inc., where he helps individuals, families, and businesses achieve financial security and preserve their legacies. He specializes in tax, retirement, estate, and risk management strategies, focusing on building trusted, long-term relationships.

Michael began his career in 1992 with Milton Koenigsberg, later serving as COO of Northeast Securities and co-founding Koenigsberg Hartzman. He founded Bristol Financial Services, Inc. in 2006, which became Lebenthal Financial Services, and in 2010 established Bristol Asset Management.

In addition to working closely with clients, Michael co-hosts The Lebenthal Report, a weekly business and investing podcast that keeps listeners informed about current market conditions, opportunities, and risks in the financial markets. Each week, he helps break down complex headlines into clear, actionable insights—bringing the same sound, fiduciary perspective his clients have relied on for years.
